Viren Mascarenhas grew up in India before completing his legal studies in the United States and the United Kingdom. In addition to working on both the East and West Coasts of the United States, Lexi Menish worked in the Tokyo and Singapore offices of Freshfields.
Mascarenhas Law has significant experience in the areas of:
• Investment arbitration disputes involving either Asian investors or Asian respondent States
• Commercial arbitrations involving Asian parties that have a U.S. nexus (such as choice of law, governing seat or involvement of U.S. parties)
• International litigation in U.S. courts, including enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments
