Lexi Menish

Lexi Menish will speak at the 9th Annual USC-JAMS International Arbitration Association Symposium: Arbitration in the Pacific Rim, which takes place on September 10, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. The Symposium is organized in collaboration with California Arbitration (CalArb), Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA), and Centro de Arbitraje de Mexico (CAM).
Lexi’s panel, titled “Where East Meets West: Arbitration Strategies for the Pacific Rim,” will address strategies and mechanisms for managing risk and resolving disputes between parties in Asia and the Americas. Lexi has significant experience representing Asian and North American parties in cross-border disputes, having lived and worked in Singapore, Tokyo, and the East and West Coasts of the United States. She has advised numerous parties on avoiding disputes through careful drafting of ADR clauses and use of mediation, as well as resolving disputes through international arbitration and U.S. litigation.
Lexi is a member of CalArb. She has been ranked by Legal 500 on its Arbitration Powerlist for Southeast Asia for multiple consecutive years. She is listed on the Reserve Panel of Arbitrators by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and previously served as a member of the ASEAN Network Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce.
