Camille Ramos-Klee is an attorney who focuses her practice on international commercial and investor-state arbitration. She advises on complex cross-border disputes and brings substantial experience assisting tribunals in high-stakes proceedings across multiple jurisdictions. She is fluent in English and Spanish. 
 
Before joining Mascarenhas Law, Camille maintained an independent practice in which she sat as arbitrator and also served  as tribunal secretary to arbitrators based in North America, Europe, and Latin America. She also previously served as a legal fellow in the Office of the General Counsel at New York University, where she supported a broad range of legal matters, including contract drafting for commercial and real estate transactions, conducting legal research across corporate, real estate, litigation, and intellectual property issues, and establishing a review process for internship agreements within the employment department.

International Arbitration:
In addition to serving as arbitrator in both disputes administered by FINRA and Part 137 fee disputes, Camille has served as tribunal secretary in more than twenty administered and ad hoc commercial and investor-state arbitrations under the ICDR, ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID, AAA Construction, and SCC Rules. In that capacity, she has supported tribunals and sole arbitrators in the preparation of procedural orders and awards, conducted legal research, and assisted with all aspects of case management and hearings. Her experience includes matters governed by New York, English, and Delaware law and disputes involving parties from North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She has worked on both English-language and bilingual English-Spanish arbitrations.
